Our exterior cleaning brings two of our specialist services together. Pressure cleaning lifts the ground-in dirt and staining from paths, paving, car parks and the entry, and glass cleaning clears the entry doors, balustrades and common-area windows, so the whole approach looks cared for at once.

It is booked when the building needs it, for example before an AGM, an inspection or a sale campaign, rather than every week, and it sits easily alongside a regular common-area clean. Pressure cleaning and work from ladders are both covered by our written Safe Work Method Statement.

Who books exterior cleaning for a body corporate?

Usually the body corporate committee or the building manager. They deal directly with the owner, Justin Ranson, and any concern put in writing is addressed within 24 hours. Most of our body corporate work is in the inner city, including Kangaroo Point, West End and Fortitude Valley.

How is exterior cleaning done safely?

Under our Safe Work Method Statement. For pressure cleaning, access to the work area is restricted, the equipment is inspected before use, and operators are trained and wear eye and hearing protection. That is our regular body corporate and strata cleaning: lobbies, stairwells and corridors on a schedule from once a week to daily, with carpet, tile and vinyl care when it is due.
