Contract cleaning means the same building cleaned on a set schedule by the same business, rather than a one-off job. It is most of what we do: 11 private schools, offices and bakeries in the inner city, and body corporate buildings.

Every contract is built around the building. It starts with a site visit, which takes from 10 minutes to an hour, where the scope is worked out with you. Each site then has its own procedures list, our cleaners are trained against it on the job, and their work is checked against it.

If anything is missed, tell us in writing which items on the list were not done. A supervisor checks the job against the list, the cleaner is retrained, and any concern put in writing is addressed within 24 hours.

How does a cleaning contract start?

  • A free site visit, from 10 minutes to an hour, usually booked a day or two ahead.

Ongoing cleaning of the same premises on a set schedule, for an agreed scope, rather than a one-off job. Our contracts run from a once-a-week service covering the basics to a daily clean.

How is a cleaning contract priced?

From a free site visit, which takes from 10 minutes to an hour. The price depends on the size of the premises, what needs cleaning and how often. The minimum charge is $80.

Who manages the contract?

The owner, Justin Ranson. You deal with him directly by phone or email, and site visits are booked into his calendar.

What happens if something is missed?
