If someone is buying a new building, that is what they should get. Here is how Justin runs a builders clean, in his own words to Brisbane builders and architects.

    Consult

    We agree cleaning standards, timelines and safety with you, and ask for the specs for floor coverings, benchtops and tiles, so every item is treated to the manufacturer's recommendations and warranties stay valid.

    Rough clean

    Usually after lock-up and before the floor coverings go in. It is hard to lay a level floor over lumps of sealant and adhesive, and early defects are easier to spot.

    Final clean

    We bring the building back to its best, turning it from a building site into a new build to be proud of.

    Final inspection

    Justin personally inspects every inch of the building before handover. The aim is not to fix the defect list, but to stay off it.

We clean from Wooloowin in the north to Manly in the east and out along the Ipswich corridor, from our base in Moorooka. We clean a lot in the inner city, Mount Gravatt, Coorparoo and Stones Corner. Our Moorooka base is where it all starts.

How often should a commercial building be cleaned?

It depends on how many people use it and what is in it. Kitchens, shared washrooms and heavy foot traffic usually mean a clean every working day. A small, quiet office can often stay on top of things with a weekly or twice-weekly visit.

Floors and carpets work on a longer cycle. Steam cleaning, stripping and sealing, and tile restoration are booked when the floors need them, not every week. Our packages run from a once-a-week service covering the basics to a daily clean, and the floor, carpet and window work is added when it is due.

What does Corporate Cleaning Solutions do?

It is a family company that specialises in three kinds of cleaning across the Brisbane metropolitan area: small to medium commercial buildings, private schools and builders cleaning. It also does body corporate cleaning and specialist floor, carpet and window care.

Which areas do you cover?

Brisbane, from Wooloowin in the north to Manly in the east and the Ipswich corridor in the west, from our base at 19 Bracken Street, Moorooka. We clean a lot in the inner city, Mount Gravatt, Coorparoo and Stones Corner. We do not travel to the Gold Coast or past Chermside on the northside.

How often can you clean?

Our packages start with a once-a-week service covering all the basics and go up to a daily service that leaves your premises in as-new condition every day.

How long has the business been running?

Since 1978. Justin Ranson's father-in-law started the business that year under a different name, and Justin took over in 2002.

Are your cleaners checked and insured?

Yes. All staff are vetted and hold Blue Cards. We carry $20 million public liability insurance and current WorkCover for all staff.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. All of our work is guaranteed. Put any concern in writing and it is addressed within 24 hours.

What are your hours?

The office is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. The cleaning itself happens from 4pm to midnight, with more flexible hours on weekends. Call Justin Ranson on 0410 689 872.
